Dr. Vani Gandhi brings over 26 years of dental experience, a global perspective, and a deeply personal commitment to patient care. Her journey in dentistry began in India, where she earned her Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) from Mysore University in 1995. With a passion for reconstructive dentistry, she quickly advanced to become the youngest head of the Dental Wing at a general hospital in northern India—a role in which she refined both her clinical skills and her compassionate approach to care.

In 2001, Dr. Gandhi moved to the United States with her husband. Her dedication to dentistry continued as she worked as an Expanded Duty Dental Assistant in Colorado and California. This hands-on experience gave her a unique appreciation for the patient’s perspective and deepened her resolve to offer empathetic, effective care.

Determined to continue her professional growth, Dr. Gandhi was accepted into the DDS Advanced Standing Program at New York University, graduating with honors in 2010. She began her U.S. dental career in Iowa, where she quickly found that her strongest asset was her ability to form genuine, lasting relationships with her patients—built on trust, clear communication, and mutual respect.

Since 2012, Dr. Gandhi has practiced in Michigan, working in a variety of clinical settings, including high-volume offices such as Aspen Dental in Monroe, Saginaw, and Flint. Her experience in both private and corporate practices has shaped her belief that excellent dentistry is not just about technical skill—it’s about listening, caring, and putting the patient first.

Today, Dr. Gandhi lives in Novi, MI, with her husband and two daughters. When she's not caring for patients, she enjoys traveling to beach destinations, practicing Pilates, and dancing her way through Zumba classes.
